Service Agreement
This section outlines the agreement between Decorum Cleaning Services Limited and our valued clients in Corby regarding the provision of cleaning services.
1. Definitions
- "Service" refers to the cleaning services provided by Decorum Cleaning Services Limited.
- "We", "Us", "Our" refers to Decorum Cleaning Services Limited.
- "You", "Your", "Client" refers to the person, company, or entity engaging our services.
- "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Booking and Confirmation
2.1. All booking requests can be made via our website, phone, or email. Availability is subject to scheduling capacity.
2.2. A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or communication from us detailing the service, date, time, and estimated cost.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. Quotes are provided based on the information given by the client and an assessment of the property/service requirements. Any significant discrepancies upon arrival may result in a revised quote.
3.2. Payment terms will be specified in your booking confirmation. For residential cleaning, full payment is typically due upon completion of the service. Commercial accounts may have varying invoicing terms.
3.3. We accept bank transfer and major credit/debit cards. Details will be provided upon booking.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
4.2. Failure to provide 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booking value. A no-show by the client will incur a 100% service charge.
5. Service Obligations (Decorum Cleaning Services)
5.1. We pledge to deliver our cleaning services in Corby with reasonable care and skill, using eco-friendly products and professional equipment wherever appropriate.
5.2. Our staff are trained, vetted, and insured to carry out their duties professionally and efficiently.
5.3. We aim for complete client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a particular aspect of the cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will endeavor to rectify the issue.
6. Customer Obligations
6.1. You agree to provide our cleaning team with unobstructed access to the property at the scheduled time.
6.2. You must ensure that the premises have running water and electricity necessary for the service.
6.3. For safety and efficiency, please secure valuable or fragile items and keep pets appropriately contained during the service.
6.4. While we take utmost care, please inform us of any pre-existing damages to your property prior to the service commencement.
7. Liability and Guarantee
7.1. Decorum Cleaning Services Limited maintains public liability insurance for accidental damage caused by our operatives during the service.
7.2. Our liability is limited to the cost of rectifying the damage or, if necessary, replacing the item, up to the value covered by our insurance policy.
7.3. We are not liable for damage or loss caused by pre-existing defects in your property or items, or for items that are not adequately secured.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Both parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or its subject matter or formation.
